Helicon Support - no Response
Hi folks
We're working with a client with a new Windows and IIS server. They have purchased and installed APE but the htaccess doesn't seem to be picked up by APE. (at domain root we see a 500 and a url for a basic url rewrite redirect we see a 404)
The server management company has emailed support and the client has tried to purchase premium support but the cart errors out.
anyone know if HeliconTech is actually still alive as a company and offering support. The new server is out of action and it's been this way for over a week now with no response from HeliconTech support.
just need to know if we have to ditch APE and convert to web.config rules which will cost additional time and money that should have been avoided by having APE.
TIA
Dean
