IDE greyed out on the zoo manager

I installed the zoo manager. I can see the projects and websites.

However, all of the items under tools are greyed out including ide, start the console etc.

Do I need to do something to enable these?

I found that I need to download and install my own IDE.. I'm currently trying to download Aptana.
