rules not working as expected
Hi,
I have a Classic ASP site running on Windows Server 2012 R2. I just installed ISAPI_Rewrite 3.0.
I want to run the website so that the ".asp" extension in hidden. If the user visits a page with ".asp" file extension, it should redirect to the page without the extension, and then IIS should serve the page as if is were the .asp page. The redirect works but the page is not being served. For example, when I go to https://dev1.customer.manaonline.org:80 ... l_edit.asp, I am redirected to https://dev1.customer.manaonline.org:80 ... idual_edit. But this gives me a 404.
When I go to a URL with ".asp", it redirects to the URL without the ".asp". But then I get a 404 error instead of serving the page.
I am attaching files.
Thanks,
Steve
